Role & responsibilities

• Employee Data Management

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.

• Documentation & Compliance

• Assist in preparing HR documents like letters, forms, and reports.
• Support in maintaining compliance-related files and audit requirements.

• Payroll & Attendance Support

• Help in tracking attendance and leave records.
• Assist in preparing inputs for payroll processing.

• Policy Implementation

• Support in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
• Ensure proper communication of policies to employees.

• Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Coordinate internal communication and engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing welfare programs and events.

• HR Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for HR metrics.
• Analyze data for process improvements.

• General Administrative Support

• Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees.
• Assist in vendor coordination for HR-related services.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education

  :
• Pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• Graduates with HR specialization can also apply.

• Skills & Competencies

  :
• Strong understanding of HR processes and operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Personal Attributes

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach.

• Experience

  :
• Prior internship or exposure to HR operations will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
