Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
  • Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for role requirements and feedback.
