Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Contribute to HR documentation & compliance.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases & records.
• Collaborate with the HR team on strategic projects to enhance people practices.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology / related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
