Role &Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Coordinate with candidates for interviews, maintain follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Support in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on multiple platforms. Help in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) / recruitment trackers. Assist in onboarding formalities for new joiners (documentation, induction support). Work on employee engagement activities (events, surveys, feedback collection). Support HR team in policy drafting, payroll inputs, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
