Job Description

Title: HR Intern

Location: Bangalore

Duration: 6 Months


Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Bangalore. This role

provides comprehensive exposure to HR Operations, recruitment coordination, project management, and stakeholder

engagement. It is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while

contributing to impactful HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations

 Support day-to-day HR operational activities including employee data management, documentation, and record

maintenance.

 Assist in preparing HR reports, maintaining employee files, and ensuring accuracy in HR databases.

 Support implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with internal processes.

2. Hiring Coordination

 Facilitate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining hiring

trackers.

 Assist in resume screening, shortlisting, and providing support to the hiring teams for timely closures.

 Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.

3. Coordination for New Projects and Initiatives

 Work closely with the HR leadership and other departments to support new HR programs and people-related

initiatives.

 Assist in research, data analysis, and documentation for projects related to employee engagement, learning, and

performance.

 Contribute creative inputs and ensure seamless execution of planned initiatives within set timelines.

4. Stakeholder Management

 Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support HR objectives.

 Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely updates, and issue resolution.

 Prepare meeting notes, follow-up reports, and assist in coordinating reviews and presentations.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Education: Postgraduate degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across

functions.

 Execution: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced setup.

 Learning Mindset: A proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to new areas of HR.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with HR software/ system is a

plus.
