Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Utilize job portals, social media, and other channels for proactive sourcing. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports. Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications. HR Operations: Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management. Ensure HR policies and processes are followed and updated as needed. Coordinate performance management activities and probation evaluations. Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities, training coordination, and compliance audits. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Familiarity with HRMS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail, organized, and proactive. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
