Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Manager who will:

Mentor managers in leadership and people management practices.

Policy & Compliance

Ensure HR policies comply with statutory requirements while reflecting company values.
Regularly update policies to support flexible and modern work practices.

Strategic HR Leadership

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, retention, and succession.
Build reward and recognition systems that motivate teams to exceed expectations.
