Job Description

Human Resource Generalist

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and plan hiring.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and rolling out offers.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

2. Performance & Development

Coordinate and support the performance review process.
Provide guidance to employees on performance expectations and growth opportunities.
Assist in training and development initiatives as required.

3. HR Operations & Administration

Handle HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS updates.
Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leaves, and employee queries.
Support statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.) in coordination with the internal team.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

Organize engagement activities, R&R events, and HR communication initiatives.
Maintain a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns effectively.
Support employee welfare programs and grievance resolutions.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR Generalist Activities
Experience in Recruitment & HR Operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of HR Administration, Employee Engagement & Training
