About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HR databases and systems.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting a positive work culture.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll support and statutory compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training, development, and performance management initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Support HR projects such as employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (510 years) as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, training, performance management, labor law, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Skills

HR certification (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience in [insert industry, e.g., IT, manufacturing, healthcare].
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
