Job Description

As a Travel HR Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing travel policies, recruitment and selection of qualified staff, providing training on travel packages, booking procedures, customer service protocols, destination knowledge, and industry regulations. You will be evaluating employee performance based on sales targets, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, visa requirements, and safety regulations related to international travel will also be part of your role. Motivating and rewarding staff for exceptional performance, especially when dealing with demanding clients or complex travel arrangements, will be crucial for team morale and success. This is a full-time, permanent position with a rotational shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, with at least 1 year of HR experience and a total of 4 years of work experience. The work location for this role is in person.,
