We are hiring for the Human resource executive who will be responsible for all Recruitment and operations functions.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.2. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.3. Design and run employee training and development programs.4. Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.5. Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.6. Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.7. Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.8. Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.9. Manage and resolve employee grievances.10. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.2. Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.3. Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
