Job Description

Join our team as a Human Resource Executive Intern and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Develop essential HR skills while contributing to organizational goals, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

We are looking for Interns.

Responsibility:

Category: Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Support onboarding activities and prepare documentation for new hires.
Conduct background verification checks.
Manage exit formalities and assist with offboarding processes.
Category: HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records.
Prepare and update HR policies, ensuring compliance.
Assist the accounting department in resolving payroll and PF-related queries.
Address basic employee queries and escalate issues as needed.
Collect and analyze feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Research and implement HR best practices.
Manage the company's social media presence.

Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
Coordinate events like birthdays, team-building activities, and festivals.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
