About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our Bangalore team. This role will focus on recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be people-friendly, process-driven, and eager to support HR initiatives that contribute to a vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Oversee new-employee documentation, onboarding, and induction programs.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

4. Performance & Training Support

  • Support performance appraisal processes and documentation.
  • Assist with training needs identification and coordination of learning programs.

5. Policy Implementation & HR Projects

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and standard procedures.
  • Contribute to HR process improvement and organizational development projects.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in retail, creative, or service industries).
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance in Karnataka.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with confidentiality and professionalism.
