Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. Oversee new-employee documentation, onboarding, and induction programs. 2. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems. Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.). 3. Employee Engagement & Relations Organize employee engagement initiatives and events. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 4. Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive Department: Accounts Location: Topsia Work Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient professional to join our team as an Executive / Sr. Executive. The role primarily involves handling invoice processing, stock management (fabric consumption), and preparation of credit notes, proforma invoices, and export invoices. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical, analytical, and documentation skills with the ability to work accurately under defined timelines. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices into the system. Verify supporting documents before processing. Stock & Fabric Consumption: Maintain records of fabric usage and consumption. Reconcile stock levels with actual consumption. Coordinate with relevant departments for stock verification. Credit Note: Prepare and issue credit notes as per company policies. Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance. Export Invoice: Draft and process export invoices in compliance with statutory and client requirements. Coordinate with logistics and export teams to ensure smooth documentation flow. Proforma Invoice: Prepare proforma invoices for clients and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy of details before issuing.
