Job Description

The HR Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department across all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training, and administrative support. This position ensures the hotels HR operations run smoothly and efficiently, aligning with the organizations culture and values. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department heads. Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats. Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training records. Support employee engagement initiatives and staff welfare programs. Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance management. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel HR policies. Manage HR documentation including contracts, appraisal forms, warnings, etc. Organize HR files and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Familiarity with HR software and hotel management systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of integrity and professionalism. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,276.65 - ₹32,849.47 per month Benefits: Food provided Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
