Role Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies on job portals/social media/school website.

Shortlist, screen candidates (telephonic / in‑person interviews).

Employee Records & HR Operations

Maintain and update both digital and physical personnel files.

Track attendance, leaves, time‑in/out, absentees.

Prepare monthly / periodic HR reports (on joiners / leavers / turnover / attendance etc.).

Manage payroll coordination (with the payroll team), ensuring all necessary inputs (attendance, deductions, allowances etc.) are accurate.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

Plan and execute employee engagement activities (events, feedback sessions, wellness etc.).

Handle employee queries / grievances, help resolve conflicts.

Support initiatives for employee well‑being, morale, culture.

Offboarding

Manage resignation / termination process.

Conduct exit interviews.

Policy & Process Improvement

Review existing HR policies and suggest updates or improvements.

Help develop and enforce HR policies, disciplinary procedures, service rules.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Male candidates are preferred

Good communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal skills.

Good computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software / HRIS is a plus.
