Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Lifecycle Management:
* Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
* Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance.
* Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
* HR Administration:
* Ensure proper maintenance of HR databases and filing systems (digital and physical).
* Prepare HR-related letters, such as offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, etc.
* Support HR policies implementation and updates.
* Attendance and Leave Management:
* Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
* Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate salary processing based on attendance data.
* Payroll Support:
* Compile and verify data for payroll processing.
* Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
* Compliance and Statutory Requirements:
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
* Support audits and statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
* HR Systems and Tools:
* Maintain HRIS systems and update employee data regularly.
* Generate periodic reports on HR metrics, attrition, leave, etc.
* Employee Engagement & Communication: * Address general employee queries regarding HR policies and processes.
