Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate joining formalities, including background verification and document checks.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and improve processes.
  • Oversee attendance management, payroll processing, salary processing, PF, ESI, and other HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws by conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate records.
