As an HR Executive in a KPO industry based in Ahmedabad, your role encompasses various key responsibilities and requirements. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for managing the HR functions within the organization, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, administrative support, employee relations, compliance, and vendor management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for KPO roles, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract the best talent. - Manage candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures while maintaining a database of qualified candidates. - Oversee employee attendance records, leave tracking, and statutory compliance including Provident Fund, ESI, and TDS. - Maintain accurate employee records, provide HR-related administrative support, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. - Support employee engagement initiatives, address concerns or grievances, and promote a fair workplace environment. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and internal company policies. - Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance effectively. **Qualification Required:** - 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a KPO or similar client-focused industry. - Strong knowledge of HRMS and MS Office tools. - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
