Role: Project Manager – Hospitality Location: [Mumbai] Experience: 3–5+ years in hospitality / F&B / events (mandatory) We’re a growing hospitality group looking for a hands-on Project Manager to anchor multiple brands, outlets, and initiatives under one roof. You’ll be a great fit if you: Have proven experience in hospitality (restaurants, bars, clubs, cafés or hotels). Can multi-task across multiple projects, venues and timelines without dropping the ball. Are comfortable coordinating with multiple teams – operations, marketing, design, kitchen/bar teams, accounts, vendors, agencies, etc. Can own end-to-end execution – from idea to launch to on-ground follow up. Are strong with planning, documentation and follow-through (trackers, timelines, checklists, status reports). Have solid market research skills – competitor checks, pricing benchmarks, understanding neighbourhood dynamics, event trends, and audience behaviour. Are people-savvy – able to get work done while keeping relationships smooth. Are comfortable on ground – venue visits, vendor coordination, event days, audits. Can work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and bring structure to it. Have good communication skills (spoken & written English; Hindi is a plus). Are proficient with basic tools – Google Sheets/Excel, Docs, WhatsApp groups, email, basic project tracking. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects and outlets simultaneously – launches, events, menu changes, campaigns, collaborations, etc. Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and responsibility matrices for each project. Act as a bridge between management and teams – ensuring everyone knows what’s happening, by when, and who owns what. Coordinate with external partners – agencies, vendors, artists, influencers, printers, décor, tech, etc. Conduct regular market and competition research and share insights that help shape pricing, offerings, and marketing. Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables, flag delays or overruns, and suggest solutions. Prepare simple weekly project reports for management with clear status updates and next steps. You’ll be a great fit if you: Have a genuine interest in HR within hospitality restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels or events. Are comfortable working with on-ground teams and not just behind a desk. Can juggle multiple tasks and priorities without losing track. Are organised, detail-oriented, and good with follow-ups. Are people-friendly and can communicate comfortably with staff across levels. Are okay working in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured environment and can bring basic order to it. Have good communication skills spoken and written English; Hindi is a must, Marathi is a plus. Are comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or Excel, Docs, WhatsApp, email and simple trackers. Are open to visiting outlets, interacting with staff, and supporting HR work on ground when required. Key Responsibilities:Support recruitment efforts including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate trackers. Assist with onboarding and exit processes including documentation, inductions, and handover checklists. Maintain and update employee records attendance, leaves, joining documents, ID proofs, contracts. Support payroll inputs such as attendance data, leaves, incentives, deductions and follow-ups with accounts. Help implement HR policies, SOPs and basic compliance processes across outlets. Coordinate with outlet managers for staff requirements, attendance issues, warnings and basic HR escalations. Support training initiatives including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance and collecting feedback. Assist with employee engagement activities festivals, team events, birthday calendars, rewards and recognitions. Help prepare simple weekly HR updates for management.
