Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle on boarding, orientation, and equipment coordination for new hires.
Be the go-to support for consultant queries payroll, benefits, PTO, and more.
Maintain consultant records and track key updates in internal systems.
Regular check-ins with consultants to ensure satisfaction and gather referrals.
Manage off boarding and help redeploy talent to new projects.

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 6 years of International BPO experience.
Excellent communication Skills.
Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
Comfortable working Night Shift {9PM to 6AM IST}.
