Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer release.
Conduct onboarding, induction programs, and ensure smooth joining formalities.

HR Operations & SOP Implementation

Draft, maintain, and implement
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for HR processes.
Manage HR documentation – offer letters, confirmation letters, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee database and update HRMS records.

Performance Management & KRA Monitoring

Assist managers in defining
KRAs
for employees.
Monitor performance reviews, appraisals, and goal-setting processes.
Generate MIS reports to track HR metrics linked to KRAs.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

Organize employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling sessions.
Manage welfare activities to support a healthy work culture.

Group Medical Insurance (GMI) Administration

Manage enrollment, renewal, and claims under the
Group Medical Insurance policy
.
Coordinate with insurance providers and employees for smooth claim settlements.
Maintain updated records of insured employees and dependents.

Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate L&D activities.
Maintain training calendar and feedback reports.

Exit Management

Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth clearance process.
Analyze attrition trends and suggest retention strategies.
