About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Student Counselor / Senior HR to join our team at Poly Dimensional Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students on career opportunities, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building strong relationships within the organization. This role requires excellent communication, people management, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Student Counselor:

Guide and counsel students regarding career paths, training programs, and placement opportunities.

Address student queries and provide solutions tailored to their needs.

Organize workshops, seminars, and counseling sessions.

Coordinate with institutions and placement officers for smooth collaboration.

As a Human Resources Professional:

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–7 years of experience in Student Counseling and/or Human Resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience in recruitment, training, or counseling is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.

Good to Have

Prior experience in IT/Software/EdTech industry.

Exposure to campus recruitment and student placement activities.
