Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can manage core HR functions, including payroll administration, end-to-end recruitment, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused, and capable of balancing strategic HR practices with day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management

Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.

Ensure proper calculation of salaries, deductions, overtime, incentives, and reimbursements.

Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management review.

Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, and tax deductions.

Ensure compliance with taxation laws (TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.).

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Post jobs on multiple platforms and manage candidate pipelines.

Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers.

Ensure smooth induction and onboarding of new hires.

3. Compliance & HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per statutory requirements.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory obligations.

Draft and update HR policies in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.

Handle audits, inspections, and submissions to regulatory bodies.

Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures while ensuring fair practices.
