Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate technical interviews.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring teams to understand job requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Handle onboarding (joining formalities) and exit formalities of employees.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of IT recruitment and hiring trends.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
