Job Title: Human Resources (HR) / HR InternLocation: Hyderabad (onsite)Company: ClinEdify Solutions Pvt. Ltd.Type: Full-Time / Internship (Paid/Unpaid based on candidate profile)Duration (for Intern): 3 to 6 months

:ClinEdify Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an innovative EdTech platform dedicated to upskilling life science graduates and professionals through industry-relevant training in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Coding, and AI in Life Sciences. As we scale our operations, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional/intern to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

:Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship contracts.Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and internal communications.Handle HR operations like attendance tracking, leave records, and basic payroll inputs (for HR role).Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR processes.Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documents.Contribute to building a positive, inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

For HR (Full-Time Role):Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition.Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred).

For HR Intern:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR/Management.Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.Available for at least 3 months (longer duration preferred).

Skills Required

:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Energetic, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
