Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

🎯

Sales Leadership & Target Ownership

  • Drive

    monthly revenue and admissions

    targets through strategic execution and hands-on selling.
  • Convert leads generated via digital campaigns (Meta, WhatsApp, landing pages) into confirmed enrollments.
  • Own and improve the

    end-to-end sales funnel

    — from enquiry to enrollment.

Team Handling & Performance

  • Lead, train, and manage

    a team of 5–10 counselors.
  • Assign daily leads, monitor follow-ups and push toward closures.
  • Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews and strategy refinement sessions.
👨‍🎓

Student/Parent/Professional Interaction

  • Interact with

    students, parents and working professionals.

    guiding them through our offerings and career benefits.
  • Conduct consultative counseling sessions to understand career goals and recommend suitable courses.
  • Develop trust, solve concerns and ensure high engagement through the counseling process.

Objection Handling & Conversions

  • Confidently handle objections such as fee concerns, career doubts or credibility assurance.
  • Provide

    clear, value-driven responses

    that convert indecision into enrollment.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Share

    daily/weekly performance reports

    with management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with lead generation efforts.
  • Recommend improvements in scripts, funnel strategy and counselor performance.


What We Expect

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 4–8 years in

    B2C sales

    , preferably in EdTech, Training or Healthcare domains.
  • Proven success in

    team management

    and hitting aggressive

    monthly revenue/admission goals

  • Strong command over

    CRM tools
