Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership

Collaborate with Regional leaders to understand objectives and design HR solutions that support business goals. Actasatrusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

2. Employee Engagement and Culture Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and reinforce a positive workplace culture. Analyze engagement survey results and implement action plans for improvement.

3. Talent Management Manageend-to-end talent processes, including performance management, learning and development, and career progression,PIP and exit conversations Identify skill gaps and recommend training or development programs.

4. Change Management Leadandsupport organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and communication. Promote resilience and adaptability among employees during transformations.

5. Employee Relations Address employee grievances and provide solutions that balance employee and business needs. Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

6. HROperations and Compliance Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Workwith HRteams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

7. Data-Driven Decision Making UseHRanalytics to provide insights and influence decisions related to workforce trends, turnover, and productivity. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to leadership teams.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR systems and tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
