Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the BFSI sector, specifically in banking audit roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles, audit standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to banking institutions. Proven experience in managing audit engagements and leading teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
