Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive
HR Intern
to join our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team
. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong communication and Excel skills, and be eager to learn end-to-end recruitment processes. This role offers excellent exposure to working with experienced recruiters and learning directly from the HR and Talent Engagement team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update candidate databases using
Excel and internal tracking systems
. Support in
job postings
across various platforms and ensure visibility for open roles. Collaborate with the
Talent Acquisition and HR Education team
for hiring initiatives, engagement activities, and onboarding processes. Participate in
employee engagement and communication initiatives
to enhance candidate and employee experience. Prepare and manage
reports, dashboards, and data tracking
for recruitment metrics. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while handling candidate information.
Be an active
team player
, contributing to process improvements and team goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate
in any stream (preferably BBA, B.Com, or related field).
Freshers to 2 years of experience
in HR, recruitment, or related areas can apply. Proficient in
MS Excel
(data entry, tracking sheets, reports). Excellent
communication skills
(written & verbal). Strong
teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills
. Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
