Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Deployment & Attendance:
Manage contract labor, shifts, and performance.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws (Contract Labour Act, EPF, ESI, etc.).
Industrial Relations:
Handle disputes, union negotiations, and employee relations.
Grievances & Attendance:
Monitor attendance, manage rosters, and resolve grievances.
Labour Laws:
Keep updated and implement labor regulations.
Shift Management:
Ensure proper staffing for continuous operations.
Documentation:
Maintain records and compliance reports.
Coordination:
Liaise with departments and external agencies for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Male candidates only
MSW / MBA / MLW / MHRHM
Fluent in Gujarati (must)
3-5 years experience in contract labor management and statutory compliance
Good knowledge of labor laws and IR handling
Skilled in attendance, grievance handling, and shift management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Graduate, preferably with HR/labor law background
Able to work in shifts and handle work pressure
