Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Deployment & Attendance:

    Manage contract labor, shifts, and performance.
  • Statutory Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to labor laws (Contract Labour Act, EPF, ESI, etc.).
  • Industrial Relations:

    Handle disputes, union negotiations, and employee relations.
  • Grievances & Attendance:

    Monitor attendance, manage rosters, and resolve grievances.
  • Labour Laws:

    Keep updated and implement labor regulations.
  • Shift Management:

    Ensure proper staffing for continuous operations.
  • Documentation:

    Maintain records and compliance reports.
  • Coordination:

    Liaise with departments and external agencies for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Male candidates only
  • MSW / MBA / MLW / MHRHM
  • Fluent in Gujarati (must)
  • 3-5 years experience in contract labor management and statutory compliance
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and IR handling
  • Skilled in attendance, grievance handling, and shift management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Graduate, preferably with HR/labor law background
  • Able to work in shifts and handle work pressure
