Job Description

Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, contract labour compliance, employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, and talent management to support organisational goals.

Role & responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment and on boarding processes.
Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Oversee contract labour administration and vendor management.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Support talent management activities including performance appraisals and succession planning.
Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to recruitment, IR, contract labour, employee engagement, and talent management.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR functions with attention to detail.
Proactive, organised, and team-oriented mindset.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
