Role & responsibilities

Roles & responsibilities

1. Cross-department coordination

  • Liaise with ssc, l&od, finance, and business teams for timely closure of activities.
  • Communicate guidelines, processes, and updates across departments.
  • Manage administrative closures such as f&f settlements, pip documentation, and rewards processing.

2. Approvals & follow-ups

  • Create and process nfas for retention cases, support staff, training programs, promotions, etc.
  • Obtain all necessary approvals and ensure consistent follow-up with stakeholders.

3. Performance & development initiatives

  • Drive activities related to gps 411, training & development, and pms.
  • Ensure timely closure of performance appraisals, status reports, and performance improvement actions.
  • Coordinate with bu heads and function heads for pms-related actions.
  • Manage training and development programs, liaising with vendors and handling cnfa, po, enfa, vendor codes, billing, and advance payments through nimble/so.

4. Talent acquisition

  • Identify and fill vacant positions within defined tat.
  • Collaborate with ssc and ta teams for recruitment closure and updates.

5. Policy & employee support

  • Update ihmh with changes (transfers, org announcements, resignations, etc.).
  • Respond to employee policy/process queries.
  • Address employee grievances and share feedback with leadership.
  • Process consultant bills for locations such as dubai and canada.

6. Hr metrics & data management

  • Maintain 100% accuracy in employee data across all platforms.
  • Ensure timely hrmis updates and share reports as required.
  • Maintain approved workforce plans, organizational structures, and org charts.

7. Regional support

  • Travel to different regions as required.
