Strategic HR Leadership • Act as an HR business partner to senior leadership, supporting workforce planning and organizational development. • Translate business needs into effective HR strategies. 2. Team Management • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and HR projects. • Establish team goals and KPIs; monitor performance and provide regular feedback. 3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Oversee full-cycle recruitment; ensure timely hiring of quality talent. • Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and workforce plans.
