Human Resource Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

• HR Partnering & Business Alignment: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with Bonitos growth and operational needs. Align HR delivery to meet business objectives by maintaining a strong understanding of the business environment and its changing needs.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit. Conduct and participate in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee integration. Monitor and support service delivery for employee benefits, induction, background verification, etc. Manage and update employee data accurately in HR systems, ensuring data integrity. Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, documentation, and feedback closure.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Management: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and drive effective and timely resolutions. Proactively identify potential employee issues and take necessary preventive or corrective actions.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Streamline and improve HR operations and practices across ECs. Identify gaps in current processes and implement robust solutions to enhance service delivery. Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor-related laws applicable to the region.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational values. Create a strong connect with employees through feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Data Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain monthly dashboards and HR reports for leadership reviews. Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support decision-making. Support HR analytics projects and ensure high standards of data quality and confidentiality
