Hughes Systique Corporation - UI Lead - React.js/Javascript

Roles & Responsibilities Own the end-to-end frontend architecture of the product, taking complete responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of the UI. Lead requirement analysis sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust and scalable UI solutions. Design and build complex, reusable, and efficient components using React, Backbone JS, and modern frontend technologies. Provide technical leadership to the UI team,Act as a mentor and guide to junior developer and Collaborate with Project Managers, backend teams, and UI/UX designers Perform code reviews, enforce quality standards, and ensure adherence to coding guidelines, identify technical risks and best practices. Support the setup and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and ensure frontend deliverables meet performance, security, and accessibility standards.
