Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the Skills & Qualifications : 3 to 6 years of hands-on software development experience using Python and its libraries/frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django). Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Proficiency in SQL including schema design, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance. Hands-on experience with GIT for version control and working with branching/merging strategies in collaborative environments.
