Service Excellence

Data Accuracy & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in HR systems (SuccessFactors, OTSM etc).
  • Adhere to data privacy and compliance standards, minimizing risk and ensuring audit readiness.

Employee-Centric Support Delivery

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Deliver high-quality service through multiple channels (email, chat, phone, ticketing systems).
  • Maintain a strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify service delivery gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in service excellence initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects.
  • Monitor service metrics (e.g., SLA, TAT, CSAT) and implement corrective actions when needed.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing HR service delivery.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on service performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to drive decisions and improve service quality.

What It Takes

  • Apply sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Work towards achieving the goals and objectives outlined for HR Shared Services.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Knowledgebase documents for employees, managers, and HR Shared Services.
  • Administer quality checks and audits to verify data accuracy.
  • Provide ongoing support and collaboration with team members.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Keeping in mind how changes to policies and processes will impact responses from the centre, ensuring that updates are also reflected in the HR Knowledgebase.
  • Leverage the HR Knowledgebase to ensure employees are always provided with accurate and timely information.
  • Assist and train current and new team members.

What You Bring

  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines; ability to prioritize conflicting demands and organize time and resources to deliver consistent results.
  • SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge would be an asset.
  • Must convey a high level of personal integrity and a passion for excellence.

Education and Experience

  • 3-6 years directly related work experience in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
  • HR professional accreditation preferred.
