HRMS Payroll Tech Consultant

Mandatory Skills:

  • Oracle HRMS & Payroll integration
  • Oracle Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll Processing, Prepayment, Costing & GL transfer
  • PL/SQL, Fast Formula, Procedures, Functions, Packages
  • Oracle Workflow, XML/RDF Reports, Interfaces
  • Data conversions, customization, extensions, personalization

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, test, and implement HRMS business systems
  • Handle Payroll and Core HR integration tasks
  • Perform HRMS data conversions and custom development
  • Create technical solutions, reports, and interfaces using PL/SQL & XML/RDF
  • Collaborate with business teams and support payroll processes

Additional Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle EBS HRMS
  • Must have attended Oracle Payroll projects and worked with integrations
  • Willingness to travel as per project requirements
  • Prior Oracle employees within the last 24 months may not be eligible
