You will play a pivotal role in optimizing HR and Payroll processes across our geographies ensuring a seamless employee experience and operational excellence.
As Part Of Vantiva’s HR Digitalization, You Will
- Partner with Shared Services and local HR teams to ensure accurate and compliant configuration of HCM, Time and Absence modules in Workday.
- Help to design and maintain Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
- Participate in configuration updates and testing cycles.
- Collaborate with the other HRIS team members, Integration and AMS teams to ensure smooth data flow.
- Maintain and update holiday calendars and work schedules across all Vantiva entities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, propose enhancements, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Support training and documentation efforts for stakeholders, including People Partners and regional HR teams.
- Monitor Workday releases and coordinate impact assessments and testing.
- Contribute to HRIS projects such as Absence Management workshops.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday experience, with deep expertise in HCM, Time Tracking and Absence configuration.
- Strong understanding of calculated fields, eligibility rules, and business processes.
- Experience with HRIS global rollout projects.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
- Workday certifications in Absence and Time Tracking is a bonus.
