HR Business Partner (HRBP)

to lead and support key people initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and employees' needs. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to management, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance management. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and HRIS systems to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence. You will play a pivotal role in driving a positive workplace culture, supporting employee engagement, and optimizing people strategies that contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic HR solutions aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Utilize HRIS platforms for accurate employee data management, analytics, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies, maintaining a legally sound HR environment
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage statutory filings, audits, and risk mitigation
  • Drive performance management, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives across departments
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies
  • Support talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts to meet business demands effectively
  • Oversee compliance audits, policy updates, and training to maintain organizational readiness and governance
  • Facilitate employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and retention initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to build a strong organizational culture that emphasizes accountability, inclusivity, and performance

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, managing HR operations, policy frameworks, and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements
  • Proficiency in using HRIS tools for data-driven decision-making and reporting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment
