As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at our company, you will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor to business units, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include partnering with leadership to drive HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, foster talent development, and improve workforce productivity. Your contribution will be essential in cultivating a positive and performance-driven work culture. Key Responsibilities: - Act as an HR advisor to business leaders, understanding their objectives and developing HR strategies to support them. - Collaborate with management to drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that align with business needs and ensure legal compliance. - Oversee talent review processes, succession planning, and performance management to identify and retain high-performing employees. - Facilitate career development discussions and assist managers in identifying growth opportunities for their teams. - Work with the Learning & Development team to design and implement training programs for skills enhancement and career development. - Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues fairly and promptly. - Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with leadership to implement changes that enhance employee satisfaction. - Promote company culture and values to create a positive and inclusive work environment. - Partner with managers to implement performance appraisal processes, set objectives, conduct reviews, and manage performance improvement plans. - Provide guidance on effective performance feedback and recognition practices. - Support organizational changes such as restructuring, workforce planning, and team alignment to ensure smooth transitions. - Communicate effectively with employees to build understanding and engagement in change initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations in all practices. - Offer guidance on HR policies and handle sensitive HR matters confidentially. - Utilize HR data to provide insights and metrics to management on turnover, engagement, and performance. - Make data-driven recommendations to enhance retention, engagement, and productivity. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP or similar role. - Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, talent management, and performance management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
