Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner (Manager)

Location: Bawal, Haryana

Qualifications: MBA / Master’s degree in HR (preferred)

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Automotive (ONLY)

Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of relevant HRBP/HR Manager experience


Purpose of Job:

To act as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring effective talent management, compliance, employee engagement, and cost optimization.


Main Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Business Partnership:


  • Work closely with Head HR and business/function heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR issues, policies, and practices.
  • Drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and performance.
  • Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle:

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from hire to retire.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and integration of new employees.
  • Strengthen internal job posting (IJP) processes and employee retention strategies.
  • Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to drive morale and productivity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, resolving issues and addressing grievances effectively.
  • HR Policies & Communication:

  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies across all levels.
  • Translate complex HR policies into actionable insights for managers and employees.
  • Budgeting & Compliance:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor personnel cost budgets; initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements for manufacturing/industrial setups.
  • Collaboration & Projects:

  • Partner with local and central HR teams to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous employee experience improvement.

  • Work on HR transformation projects and process enhancements.

  • Cost optimization and budget adherence.
  • Compliance with labor laws and HR policies.


Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

Technical (Functional Skills):


  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance in manufacturing industries.
  • Expertise in HR systems: SAP (HR) / SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
