Job Description

HR Business Partner (Contractual - Off-roll)

Location

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
:

Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for front-line and mid-level sales positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures.

HR Business Partnering
:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding issue resolution.
Support in driving engagement initiatives, employee feedback sessions, and grievance handling.

Employee Lifecycle Management
:

Manage onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, exits, and other lifecycle events.

Data Management & Reporting
:

Maintain and update HR trackers, dashboards, and reports using
MS Excel
or Google Sheets.
Analyze HR data to generate insights and support business decisions.

Stakeholder Management
:

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Support field sales teams and managers with day-to-day HR queries.

Key Requirements

Education
: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
: Minimum 1 year of hands-on HR experience, particularly in
sales-driven environments
.
Skills
:

Strong in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving attitude with stakeholder management ability
