Roles and Responsibilities

* Lead a team of recruiters to achieve end-to-end recruitment targets for various clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

**Job Requirements**
* Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to reduce attrition rates and improve team performance.
* 2-7 years of experience in bulk hiring, BPO hiring, sales hiring, or mass recruitment.
* Strong management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to handle client interactions and negotiations
