HR Team Lead

You will be working as an HR Team Lead for the e-commerce division at D2P Autoparts, a premier UK-based automotive retailer with a growing e-commerce presence expanding its operations in India. Your role will involve managing a multidisciplinary team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring task delivery, and driving continuous improvement across functions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a multidisciplinary e-commerce team, set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. - Oversee daily workflows, allocate tasks, ensure timely and high-quality output, and track deliverables against KPIs. - Monitor attendance, behavior, and reliability; resolve team issues; escalate HR matters to the HR lead when necessary. - Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Sales, Marketing) and act as a stakeholder point of contact when needed. - Address roadblocks, escalate major risks or delays with suggested solutions to the Operations Head. - Prepare regular progress reports, maintain documentation, and share meeting summaries with relevant stakeholders. - Recommend process enhancements, encourage innovation, and support team development and engagement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and team leadership roles. - Bachelors degree, preferably in Science or Technology disciplines. - At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or related fields. - Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills. - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to senior leadership.
