Job Description

  • Responsible for all activities related to Recruitment Selection
  • Responsible to collect MRF from line managers and line up the interview with concerned stake holders
  • Responsible for conducting Thomas Report, Reference check, Pre Employment, Dental check before issuing Offer letter.
  • Conducting PRCC(Post recruitment confirm check) of offered candidates.
  • Responsible for Preparing Prospective Hire in PS System.
  • Conducting activities related to onboarding Induction
  • Coordination with key stakeholders for Window-ID-Activation, Email ID-Activation, E-LMS Request and related to Joining Formalities etc.
  • Responsible for HR Induction, Parichay, 30-60-90 Feedback.
  • Responsible for HR Operation, Employee Engagement, Department Training coordinator, PACT program
  • Coordination with key stakeholders on compliance and manpower
