Maintain HRIS system and keep other HR tools and systems up to date, ensuring a high level of data integrity. Participate in system updates and enhancement projects.
Analytical mindset and technical aptitude for implementing and administering various HR tools and systems.
Work efficiently with internal and external team members to identify and gather requirements from end users and stakeholders to enhance the tools.
Write clear documentation of operating procedures.
create advanced ad-hoc and regular reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions in accordance with the product vision. Provide timely support and assistance to end-users facing complex system issues.
Stay updated on the latest features and releases, recommending enhancements to improve system functionality.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with hands-on experience in various HRMS/HRIS tools.
Provide solutions for various system related issues / requirements by liaising with HRMS vendors and Regional HRs.
Manage effective channels of communication with all stakeholders.
Relationship Management - Be the SPOC to liaise with the vendor for any issue/escalation related to system and support.
Provide support to all stakeholders on HR applications.
Work closely with Regional HRs and provide training and updates on system enhancements & changes.
Identify opportunities for automating HR processes and drive its implementation with support from the IT team.
Supports HR users to improve data integrity within HRIS.
Liaises with internal and external providers to ensure SLAs are met.
2-5 years of relevant experience.
Graduation / Postgraduate from any reputed institution.
Good communications skills and strong interpersonal skills (assertiveness, ability to explain the difficult system matters in a user-friendly way).
Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle complex software challenges.
Team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach, with a focus on knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
The person should have high enthusiasm and motivation.
Willing to take additional responsibilities and should be a self-starter. Ability to work with new systems / technologies and drive initiatives.
Strong understanding of HR processes with a data-driven and analytical mindset, complemented by excellent planning, organizing, and review skills.
Ability to work and manage stakeholders at a varied level.
Strong Decision Making & Influencing Skills.
