Recruitment: Pre and post Recruitment Formalities:
a) Managing end to end recruitment volumes and pre-onboarding/ onboarding process for internal and externalhires, in Volume Hiring, across all levels. Coordination with functional Heads.
b) Plan of actions for sourcing approach: Direct Sourcing, volume hiring, referral processing, Naukri, Linked in, Headhunting / recruitment drives etc.
c) Interaction with NGOs and outsourced vendors for providing outsourced employees at the unit level.
d) Sharing requirement with consultancies.
e) Rolling out offer and appointment letter after getting relevant documents.
f) Coordinating with RMs Pan India for filling up of vacancies and collating manpower reports.
g) Sharing the vacancy reports with the HR - Head on timely basis.
h) Interacting with the Finance team for releasing the payments of the consultants.
i) Seamless onboarding employee experience for all on rolls employee (Head Office & Location)
j) Updating new positions on Website Career Page.
k) Maintain interview tracker with detailed status.
l) Supervising, verifying documents and employment screening/ background verification and of new hired employees
