Position: Senior Executive HR

Job Responsibilities-:

• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
• - End to End Recruitment
• - Lateral Hiring
• - Client Co-ordination
• - Manage entire hiring lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, scheduling, tracking,
• onboarding, etc.
• - Maintaining all portals like naukri.com, indeed, LinkedIn, Monster etc.
• - Role - 100% Recruitment & Client Co-ordination
• Communicate with industry professionals and HR via social media to create a strong network.
• Develops and maintains the relations with external business associates and clients for furthering the business development activity.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
• Liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face.
• Following up new business opportunities in HR and setting up meetings.
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network and pitch our Human Resources services to them.
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
• Planning, preparing and making proposals to Clients.
• Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Coordinates with all key consultants.
• Good understanding of Industry HR Practices & Knowledge of recruitment activities.
